EUCALYPTUS FELLING AND STUMP REMOVAL

I have a large Eucalyptus tree, planted by a previous owner. It leans at a substantial angle over my neighbour's property. I am concerned that it could fall in stormy conditions, so would like it removed. My intention would be to replace it with a native tree in a slightly better location.
